All the staff in the office are very professional, polite, respectful, friendly, and flexible. I especially appreciated the doctor and staff’s positive and caring approach in addressing my concerns. The operational flow is well-organized, and I was seen right at my appointment time. The office is clean, and its location is very convenient. I highly recommend this practice.

I had a 9:30 am appt with Dr. Akselrod. I signed in at 9:15
, filled out my paperwork, and the receptionist collected my copay asap. There hardly wasn't anyone in the waiting room at that time. I was waiting patiently and at 10:30 went up to tell the receptionist that it was 10:30 and I haven't been seen yet. Her response was that she doesn't know what's going on in the back. No apology whatsoever. I sat down again and saw other people after me were being seen. I went up to her again. 2 minutes later I was seen. No apology whatsoever. I felt like someone off the street wanting a free visit.

Doctor Akselrod is knowledgeable and thorough, she is also delicate and patient. Doctor took time to listen to my concerns, explained things clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit.

I had a great experience at my gynecologist’s office. The doctor was friendly, attentive, and professional. All procedures were done quickly and efficiently, and I didn’t have to wait long in the reception area. Highly recommend!
